I am already one step a head of you.....talked to a company the other day that does laser hull scans and then converts them into a digital file. You can then manipulate the design on cad software and then once it is done, send it to someone with a CNC plug router and have them cut you a plug. Not sure of the costs yet on making a plug, but the hull measurement costs were very, very reasonable. -Ed- |
