Are the eTecs the new G2's? I can't see any way a new engine design and new release will beat the Zuke price. Check the Tohatsu/Honda BFT 150, Northeast Marine St. Pete.

My catalog says it's 478# for the Tohondasu 150, 25" shaft, the Suzuki is 421# for the 140 25" shaft, however one of the tests with a DF150TX is 485# (?). My neighbor across the canal has a Honda 150 on his 22' Aquasport CCP, he has well over a thousand hours on it. Good luck!

DonV, the DF140 is an inline 4. The DF150 is a V6, hence the heavier weight

Actually the Suzukis are four cylinders all the way to 200 hp.
