Loos like you were right up against WOT 6K on the last run with the 18 pitch Rev4. I finally got my 2020 used to me 300 Vrod installed. I already had a Rev4 17P and need to get another Rev4. Did you check out the Rev4 XP 18.5P by chance? with your numbers I am thinking of that. The Rev4 XP Pro Lab finish 19 makes me wonder 2 but its very pricey. My cav plate is nicely in clean water and looks great to me, it is higher than my old verado a bit. No blow out on miami vice hard turn at speed.

I may try for the 18.5 XP. Merc says something about 100-150 more rpm for same pitch for XP with longer barrell and some lab work, another 100-150 for the Pro lab finish (so 200-300 rpm??). i value lower planing speed #1 though not top end and mid range fuel. May have to call merc or propgods, am trying to get an idea of the differences between these 3 Rev4 models.

I had to get an extender bracket from Bobs Machine shop for the 30" XXL as my armstrong is for a 25" shaft. Worked out great and way cheaper than a jackplate.

engine rocks very happy.
