Default Hull ID
I am a nem forum member and was reading about the hull ID issue. I have a similar problem where the numbers are not fully visible after the restoration. I have all the correct numbers for the boat, registration and title. Is it legal to have a plate made and laminated in the previous thread? Or any other suggetions????
