Default 1991 20 seacraft

Looking at purchaseing a 20 ft cc seacraft have always like the look, boat has been somewhat redone still looks to need some more help.Can anyone tell me if there is anything in particular that I should be looking for.I will be downsizing a little from my current 22 ft privateer.I repowered my 22 with a new yamaha 150 hp 4 stroke will this be enough engine for the 20 ft. seacraft

The biggest problem is the weight, thats alot for a 20' anything - just say'in. Floor - unsealed screw holes will get soft just like anything else - transom but thats a newer boat - other than that not much the stringers are the same for 35yrs and no issue.
