Default No seafari for erik

So...the owner's friend called me and said we have to cancel the seatrial because the owner no longer wants to sell. Thanks to all of you who gave excellent advice! I may still hang around!

Erick,

Sorry it didn't work out, but I'm sure it was an educational experience! Suggest you continue hanging out here to learn even more!

20/20 hindsight says the owner's initial asking price indicated he wasn't too serious about selling it! You ought to tell him you'd like to go for a ride in it anyway the next time he takes it out, just to get a feel for how these boats ride! Warning: You will be forever spoiled and will quit looking at anything but a SeaCraft! Denny

Too bad, but I'd probably have trouble parting with mine, too...Dude's probably been lurking here and realized what a cool little boat he has.
I noticed 3 or 4 23s up there - a couple Sceptres and a walkaround. You might go check those out as they were also in the 6k range. You'll need a full size truck for those, but they will be great fishing rigs...

There is one over here in Calif for sale. I know a guy that shipped a Seafari from New York to Calif once.

Talking Thanks!

When I spoke to the Seacraft guy a few weeks ago, he mentioned that the boat had a good following. I think his friend talked him out of selling. Hey...it happens. I think I will hang around and keep learning. For those unfamilair with The Great South Bay, it gets a bit rough and from what I've learned here, a Seacraft would be great. But, I will be out on the water this season, Seacraft or not. But...
I'm in Islip, Long Island. If anyone hears of a Seacraft for sale (that you don't want), let me know. Thanks! Strick---I think the shipping from Cali would put me out of budget...but thanks!

There`s yellow one down here for 4500. Newer Yami and looks like recent paint.

Default Yellow matches my Jeep!

Sounds great, but shipping would be a problem.
