Many scalps,

I misspoke. I think the black diamond 17p is actually 15" diameter. QS1912.
Check ebay. They're about 100 bucks w/hub about 135 with hub new.
If you haven't yet tried, it might be worth trying to borrow one for a test run. It may be the most common prop in America so I would bet any prop shop or boat store has one on their wall..

Default Black Diamond Prop

many scalps-
I have a Merc Black Diamond aluminum 3B, 14.5" x 17"P prop that I ran on my Merc V-6 150 HP for about 10 years until I bought an ETEC 150HO. On the ETEC for best wakeboard speed control I am currently using a 5B High Five. The Merc prop has only been run in fresh water lakes and nearly perfect , though I might have spun the RBX-100 insert adapter during a hot hole shot the last time I used it. I'm in Greenville, SC if you care to try it. Where are you located?
