Default E Coast Restoration Yards

Hi folks

I may soon be entering the complete restoration phase, and as much as I would love to do myself I have neither the time nor the ability, and so am looking for a restoration specilaist to assist. Can anyone recommend any yards on the east coast who have undertaken SeaCraft refits recently? I have already spoken with Metan Marine in MA. Any leads greatly appreciated.

Craig Mac-

Call Jodi at WILCO Marine in Newbury, MA @ 978-465-1282. I'll be up front and tell you that he is a friend of mine and I occassionally work with him on Saturday's during the busy season.

With that said, I can honestly say that this guy is a magician. He owns a 1983 Mako 254 that he completely restored after the previous owner sunk it. During the restoration, he added a custom 30" transom, cut out some wet sections of the deck, completely sanded the entire hull and liner and painted it with custom oyster awlgrip blend and then top-coated it with awlgrip clear. Amazing work. In addition, he does countless transom restorations, floor repairs, awlgrip jobs, rubrails, etc, etc for the folks in Greater Boston.

Mike at Wildfire Marine in Stuart, Florida, comes highly recommended and from my conversations with him sounds like he has done some nice SeaCraft refits. His number is 772.286.1925
