Default Sanding the flair

Has anyone figured out a good way to sand the small flair that runs along the outside edges of the boat?

I may have to use something complicated unless someone comes up with an idea.

Thanks

Rich,

I'm talking about the flare around the edge of the boat. it's about 3/4" wide and is flared at the side and bottom of the hull. Runs from bow to stern.
