Was this before SeaCraft got into the stepped hull design or is this not a SeaCraft at all?

SeaCraft did not make a 21 in 1969 and that is not a SeaCraft hull design. Decent looking boat though

Looks like the Bertram 20' Moppie hull. They built a few CC's in the late 60's.
