Default BENNETT TRIM COMPANY - AWESOME !

My .02:

I know it has been said a lot, but I do not think that it could be said enough !!! Bennett is one of the best companies I have ever dealt with ! Marine or other.

Recently, I had a question w/ regard to my rocker switch letting water through the switch and into my elec panel. They answered my question immediately and are sending me a replacement right away - one that won't leak.

SeaCrafts, due to the deep-V, absolutely need trim tabs. That is a fact. The ride between having, and not-having them is ridiculously evident.

The guys at Bennett are always there to answer a question. They know their stuff and they have always bent over backwards to help... I cannot think of any better attributes you might want when buying any product...

Sounds the work of Tabman, our buddy Tom. The whole company is like that. Good for us!

The old owner of my boat said that he had trim tabs on it and they fell off twice. Im wondering if he didnt have them mounted right or if the transom is shot.

I do not think so. My understanding is that there are different rocker switches i.e. if you have an 'inside/out of the weather' helm, then you can use the non water proof one.

If you have an outside helm, like mine, then there is a sealed, water proof one.

I guess I will find out once the motor and jack plate are off. So much for splashing the boat this year.
