Default Starboard and sealant ?

Using Starboard on an area on my boat ( a cosmetic cover up that will look perfect ). Want to put a bead of sealant on the edge, between it and gelcoat panel, to clean it up even more - what will stick to it, if anything ? Color must be white.

Thx

3M makes the adhesive but it is very expensive, something like $40 for a very small gun and tube.
