Just receved my e-tec rail parts today so..
My old 23'bow rail can be had for free just come to Charleston SC and get it.Its not in perfect shape but it is complete and not bent. Donnie |

What is this e-tect rail parts you are refering to. I still am trying to decide what I want to do with my old bow rail on my 23.

Yes that's them and they are the same as a friends Contender but they sure look sharp!
300 bucks should be right on the money for tube and parts from e-tec. Donnie |

I just called up E-Tec about the possibilities of buying a bow rail and I got shut down. They said they just sell to distributors and marine companies and I would have to buy form someone and have that company do the bending and welding. I was hoping I could get a complete rail from them and just mount it myself. I guess nothing is that easy. Going 50 miles down the road and driving back with what I want would have been sweet.

Hey Guys,
Sorry if I was misleading they only make the standoffs. I ordered 2 20' sticks of 3/4 pipe and bent it mtself at a local shop.Spend lots od time with the bending it needs to be real close to the original to fit and this was the most time consuming part of the job.it took a couple of hours from start to finish with the help of one of the shop guys. The old bow rail has found a new home. I will post some pics after the weekend its time to burn some fuel now! Donnie |
