Default Seacraft Colors

I'm looking to repair a couple of gauges in my 21 Seacraft, 1998, I know that this is the classic site but maybe someone can help. The Tracker Marine Group is unable to help out on the factory colors as no records were kept prior to their aquisition of the company, The two gel coat houses I've contacted, Spectrum and Mintcraft, are looking for me to give them the ccp or coating # and TMG can't help on this. The boat is the Sierra Tan hull above the wl and Ivory below. I need both colors. I know that I can't be the only one looking for this!! Any help will be greatly appreciated. By the way, the 200 e tec is fantastic .

Can't help you with the color source, but it's scary to think they couldn't find the records considering they've owned the brand since 1987.

Maybe Mr. Seacraft warranty can help you. He is always on this site talking about how they're doing such a great job with their new product. He should be able to find out the exact gelcoat product code for you.

Just another story about how the current owners of SeaCraft go the extra mile for you. I do know Boston Whaler will give you alot of info on older hulls. They will even decipher hull id #'s to tell you what month your boat popped out of the factory.

Now to answer your question, post on thehulltruth.com. You may get some more help or contact that bigmouth at SeaCraft that posts here and thehulltruth.

I've asked him to check it out, I found that Spectrum has the colors but only in quart sizes and not in the patch repair kits. Might have to spring for the $150.00 just to repair a couple of scratches. The Ivory color I can match pretty well but the Sierra tan is not so easy. My previous "classic" Seacraft's, father's 1978 and my 1988 20, were both white so minor repairs were not a problem. I will probably get this sorted out in a week or so. Thanks for your help and ZI will post on tht.
