Default 1973 20CC

I am puchasing a restored 20 footer and would like to know which hull # it is from the factory. Any ideas out there on tracking down this information? I have the serial # from the current title. Boat is "hull only" and will be completed here in Wilmington NC if anyone wants a boat ride in the spring.

Thanks Captain. Yes I know about the stamped hull number. This boat has a new transom. Serial number from the title is secf0169m73h. I'm not sure how to read it other than 1973 Seacraft. Does the 0169 mean hull number 169? I'm just curious.

I am also interested in your stickers. Are they still available and do I send I check to your Stuart address?

1973 and before were confusing years when reading the hull numbers. I would say the best guess would be:

SEC = SeaCraft
f = Superfish Model
0 = 20 foot
169 = Hull number
M = May or March
73 = 1973
h = ?

BTW: I have "10" 1973 Potter Built HDS left. You can send a check to my Stuart address or PayPal fund transfer
