Default too much money?????

looking for some feedback. I was looking at a 1978 18' with a 1995 yamaha 150, boat seems pretty solid , all original. The only thing I found was on the inboard side of the port transom there was a abandoned hole unsealed, hence some delamination? any thought's on resonable value, no trailer included.

NADA boat values is a good place to start. Sounds like a sweet boat, good luck.

I sold my '76 18' with a '97 Yamaha 130 and good trailer for $9K. I regret letting it go.
