I have also felt the sting of responsibility, not a pretty thing, evun if for the greater good. As an ex-coasty I can relate. Good luck with the new house....Do you have swivel rod holders on this boat....remanents of prior bluefin type activity?

I put one 90 degree swivel rod holder on the starboard quarter and gave away 2 other ones with the sale. But i fished her for bluefin a few times this year with no results. She had gunnel mounted 15 foot outriggers as well. Great Giant bluefin boat, tons of guys use them down in chatham and fish them solo.
