There is just something about the Seavette that makes it look like it is going 100mph sitting still.
You maybe one up on Capt Chuck with Gucci Stereo.

Looks real nice Steve!

See ya, Ken

Steve, it's coming along real nice. Get some action shots posted!!

BTW KEN: There's more Boom Boom in the SeaVette's cabin than in the trunk of Finster's Rice Rocket, you know the one he drives to work with the Empi exhaust pipes

Thanks guys. The Seavette is heavy so therefore it's not super fast compared to a Baja of the same size. I'm getting 58 MPH out of her and this is full of fuel. This boat is a little heavier than the center console SeaCraft boats so I guess that isn't too bad. Seems like I saw where someone's center console SC was running 56 MPH with twin 200's. I'm thinking that the Seavette is making around 450 HP at the flywheel. What surprises me is the fuel economy. The worse that it has gotten so far is 2.19 MPG and the best is 2.44. It will cruise at 40 MPH (3400-3500 RPM) and get 2.3 MPG.

WAS LOOKING @ THE PICS OF YOUR BOAT WHEN YOU GOT IT BACK... HOW WELL DO THE DRUMS IN THE BACKGROUND WORK AS ARTIFICAL REEFS ?

I don't know, we haven't tried them yet. They should work pretty good being as the bottom half is full of concrete. Also stop shouting, my ears are hurting.
