Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. I have been very busy latley. The rod ends I have are SAE size. It looks like they only list metric now.

I had selected the female ends because you can use any length screw for the thickness of the stringer. Also a screw with a finish washer would look better than a nut on the outside of the stringer. Once things settle down at work, I will work on some CAD drawings. Does anyone have dimensions? I can do some renderings in 3d, but that does take some time, and I don't have web space to post a picture.
