Default Got gas tanks cleaned out and polished

Got my gas tanks cleaned out today. I have two tanks (100 & 50 gallon). The 50 gallon tank had not been used in 5 years. The gas (about 15 gallons) was pretty rancid. I will use it for lawn mowers and the like.

Now I have more capacity and both tanks are as clean as a whistle.

Good luck, Should have taken pictures of all the junk inside my 115 gallon tank, no wonder it filled the Racor filter. With a leak, I will need to replace the tank.

hey peter as a small engine mechanic i would not put that old fuel in there with out some stablizer and octane booster. personally i would just slowly add it in your truck/car 2 gals at a time when you fill up .
