Yes, but you either have to cut out the in deck well or use pie plates. I cut it out. Easy to access bilge now.

Not real sure the capacity, maybe 10 or so. I have a Master Angler and ran the hose under the deck. Right on top of the gas tank. Some 90's and some thru-hulls through the floor with a shut off. Works great and no hoses on floor.

not sure how big but works good for tons of white bait and greenies pins and small mullet. but may get tight for very large baits like big runners or large mullet
