Default ride and beer?

I'm newly interested 20 and 23' SeaCrafts - haven't decided yet. I'd like to ride in both models, preferably on a rough day. Is there anyone in S. Florida who could take me out in February (I'll be in Englewood). I could buy gas, beer, whatever. Thanks
