Default Lowrance fuel flow sensor

Has anyone tried the Lowrance fuel flow sensor (EP 60R) that works with their network?

Not sure about that model, but the one on my boat is worthless. I have never been able to get it to work properly. I am also not an electronics person either.

I'll try to check on the model of mine this weekend. My friend had a FlowScan and it worked well.
