I'm not sure how water tight it will be. I copied a friends idea, his was built on a t-top and was pretty good. The plexi is an inch and half overlapping on the sides and over hangs the front 2 inches. If i get a little run off, I cut 2 small drain hole in the corner of the pilot house to drain out. The reason for the home version is, glass company's wanted 800 a piece for sliding or hinged windows. I do a lot of drift fishing and a wheel house can act as a sail ,with the windows all open it should reduce speed drifting

Couldn't wait to finish with a fish bite going on. I splashed for one day to fill the cooler, here's one pic I took before hauling her out. Now to put the finishing touches on. A little choppy today but the windows stayed tight and dry and the scuppers performed great
