My T-Top is beginning to rip out of my floor, I tried to toggle bolt it to pretend it wasn't an issue, but it won't work. The deck was re-build with a cored material in 1997. It isn't soft anywhere really, but the screws that weren't through bolted keep pulling out. I have a really good fiberglass guy to oversee the operation, but I was wondering what advice you guys had before I got started.
I am assuming since the deck was re-built in 1997 and they seemed to over do everything that the stringers are still more than good. The transom is rock solid, so all I need to do is the deck. My plan is to then replace the t-top with a doghouse while I am at it. What material should I use for the deck? I know people surely have an opinion about that. For those people who are comfortable with this type of thing it doesn't seem to be that big of a project, personally I am petrofied. Any input will be appreciated. Also if anyone is looking for a T-top with a hard top, it could be for sale shortly. Thanks in advance. |

I may be interested in your T-top. Although I'm just getting started with my project and won't need a T-top any time soon. Could you send me a picture when you have the time. Thanks much.
