I have one stainless steel and one aluminum gas tank, both in excellent condition, removed from a '74 Tsunami and a '77 Sceptre. These tanks fit in the finished below-deck forward storage compartment in the main cockpit, between the helm and passenger seats.
These are not inexpensive tanks to have fabricated. So make me an offer and let's see what we can work out.

Still have the 40 gal stainless tank - measures 58" long, 20" wide, and 8 1/8 high. It has a mechanical gauge and a fill cap. $200.
![]() Here is the space into which it fits. You can see I opted for storage rather than the tank. ![]()

Surely SOMEONE could use an aux tank for a Sceptre. I hate to send it to the scrap yard.

Give me a call before you send them to raymond goldmans, or Sims (I think if that is who owns the scrap yard now) I hate to see them melted down. I might be able to use them in something one day.

That stainless one is near perfect if some Seafari25 owner wanted to add a tank under the forward deck. The boat would love the weight that far forward.
