New Port and Starboard rod holders
I am redoing the interior of my 23' CC and decided to also replace my port and starboard rod holders as one of them was broke. Got the idea to use PVC boards I found @ Lowes. I used my old holders for a pattern and went to cutting. I think they turned out nice and will not rot or fade. Material cost around $80.00
Board info: http://www.royalmouldings.com/s4sproductpage.html Anyone want the old ones they can have them. One has small lip broken off but may be repairable. (see photo above - where screw is) Have more pictures of the rebuild, but I haven't posted them here but have a few in the album section... I am rookie and learning as I go. Could have not have gotten the nerve to do it without this site!!! Hope to be done with most of the work sometime this week or next. Not starting the transom replacement until this fall. Got to get back in the water and go fishing.

Looks good. Post some more when you mount them.
