I never worry about that.
You can give the same recipe to 5 different people and it will come back 5 different ways.

My conch salad for instance, people ask me for the recipe all the time, I gladly give it out. Next time I see the people, they always say, "It was nice, but it was not as good as yours."

It's all in the technique.

Hummmm....."Manatee Filet and release"

With November 15th (through March 31st) sneaking up on us and the just less than a bazillion miles of Manatee Zones to deal with in Florida, not a bad idea. Too bad they don't taste like chicken.

Much better than chicken.

Competion after training: That was the prime concern of the guy I learned from. He was scared to death I'd stay in Ft Lauderdale. Not in a million years would I raise my kids on the east coast.
