What are your questions and concerns? Perhaps we can help. There is a thread over on tst about a 23 cut down to a 21 with a bracket.

Oh, I was just wondering if it had been done before. I've seen 20's and 23's done, I was just curious if anyone has done a 21 before.

I've been watching that thread on THT and been curious to hear how that boat performs and such.

I picked up a 2001 21' Seacraft w/ Yamaha F225 4-stroke on it. Not planning on doing anything to it at the moment, but thought that a bracket on it might would look real nice......

Here is my new to me boat.....

First thing I am going to work on doing is getting that bottom paint off.

Nice boat. I have been wondering what the average draft is in the newer 21's?

Strick.... Thanks!!! What I have been reading as far as specs go, they say the draft on this boat is 15". If the bottom paint is any indication of how the boat sits in the water it's 16" from the very bottom center of the boat to the top of the bottom paint line.

I haven't had a chance to get it in the water yet to see. I bought this boat sight unseen and just had it delivered to me this week. Hoping to get out in it later this week.

Kris, I wouldn't bracket that boat. With so few of them around, I bet there isn't one running a bracket.
