When did Sceptre get black windshield trim ?

When did Sceptre get black windshield trim ?

I see later models of Sceptre with black style windshield trim etc.....and older with the classic silver .

Don't know if one was " better quality " etc than other but anyone know ?

Some claim Seacraft actually used MORE fiberglass AFTER Potter built, yielding a stronger hull.
