Default shift and throttle cable lenght

guys need a quick turn around on this if possible. i bought a new engine (suzuki 140) that will include shift and throttle cables. i already sold my old engine and cables and can't remember what lenght they were. I was thinking it was like 14 or 16 feet. its a 20 SF no bracket or anything crazy. basicly from the binacle on the stbd side of the CC down then my rigging tube is between the tow stringers on the stbd side to the stbd aft seat and out the side of the seat to the engine. Any one know what lenghth i need? i'm not at home and the dealer wants to ship the engine asap. Thanks.

Chance, I'll go downstairs and see if I can pull numbers from my 79 MA for you.

Not exactly how I remembered numbers but this is all I could locate:

CC 20516 (16 foot?) Teleflex USA 8168

Maybe just call Teleflex to confirm?

I used 14' footers on my 18SF, that gave me plenty of "service loop" under the console.
Yours wouldn't be much longer.

I went with the 16s. We'll see when it gets here next week!
