Default Is there a forward bildge on a 23?

Is there one and if not should it have one? It seems there is always rainwater in my forward bildge area and only comes out when planing off or little bit come out while pulling away from a stop sign or something.
I don't have a forward bildge pump and really not sure if there is acces to install one.
My boat is a 23 walk around.
Many years ago I had an angler walk around and it had a forward bildge pump.

I have a the 23 center console and have the same issue. After it rains I can take off the pie plate in front of the console and there is water down there. Its just seems like the boat sits so flat in the water that it doesn't all run back to the bilge until you take off and then it's forced through the pipe into the bilge. My buddy has a 23 and his does the same thing. We just take it out and give it a little gas and let the water run back and turn on the bilge pump. Doesn't get it all, but get a lot of it.

I thought maybe the pipe was clogged so I blasted water through the pipe to clear it out and still does the same thing. My thought is that is comes in from the large center hatch on my boat. Not sure what year yours is, but my larger center box has a drain fitting in the bottom and that drain empties right into that spot. I'd rather it drain into there instead of filling that compartment up.

I went to lowes and bought a cheap $15 wet/dry vac and ever so often I take it down to the boat. I'll vacuum up crap that is in the storage areas and once I am done with the dry stuff I will open the bilge/that pie plate/fishboxes/whatever else and suck any water out of the boat.

My 21 cc hull 1998 year has the same thing ...the fwd bilge collects water as the deep v is low in this part of the hull, even with a 500 lb motor...there is a pvc pipe that gos from there through the fuel coffin to the aft bilge and you have to run with the bow way up with the pump on to get the water to run through the drain pipe to the aft bilge....I think I am going to put a pump up there . boat is slipped so there is water up there often...I also have a pie inspection plate to check this fwd bildge..
