Default 23 Center console questions

My fishing / work partner and I are going to sell our flats boat and get a 23ft center console. I'm really leaning towards the Sea Craft because they seem to be the best hull that size probably ever made. I've got some questions about them I'd like to get some help on ?

Exactly what year are the Potter hulls. I know the Potter hulls are the most desirable and probably hold their value best ?

Are there other year models that are made as well ?

What are the pros and cons of inboard / stern drive vs outboard and as outboard go open transom vs. closed transom with bracket ?

Is it likely that any potter hull or hull of the early 80's era would need hull restoration if none has been done?

Any original tank would or should have been changed by now?

Thanks for any info in advance. I hope to be a Sea Craft owner sometime in the next few months.

I would recommend you grab a couple of bags of Orville Microwave Popcorn and use the "Search" function on this Web site....... you will get all your questions fully answered

Enjoy

Thanks. Good idea. It's raining here so I'm headed to the pantry for the Orville's.
