Default 25 Seafari roll

Discovered something new about my Seafari. Last trip, I had a couple of big, like 225+lbs, guys in the boat. It changes the vertical center of gravity and the boat tends to wallow from side to side, spent way too much time diddling with the tabs when it was bumpy. Have them sit on the deck in the center of the boat and the issue instantly disappears. Loaded heavy, starting a Bahama trip, I noticed it was slightly more sensitive to trim, but as the trip went on and the boat got lighter, the issue got much worse. The difference in vertical distribution of weight can't be much, probably less than 100 lbs, compared to the size of my normal crew, but it sure makes a big difference.

Anybody remember who it was that had several large crew and had a similar problem with his 25? I thought he had someting set up wrong on the boat, but maybe not.
