Actually I had Progressive for years, they are owned by a way to far "left" owner for me and I dropped them. I had the Charter Lakes coverage match their's for about $100 less. They had no problem with the 1978 "classic" agreed value of $22k. Another reason I told BoatUS to pound sand.

I have boatus agreed hull value 20k with 2k trailer, $500 deductible, and it cost me $512 for the year. 1973 23 hull with 2016 merc 150.

I have a BOAT US (now Geico) policy with agreed upon value of $46k, $3k trailer, $300k liability and $460 deductible for $650.

Considering the amount of blood, sweat & money I have into this 27 Tournament, I felt this was the best coverage I could negotiate.

Friend of ours did maritime law before he retired I asked him what insurance he used for his sailboat and he came back with boat US figured if anybody would know about claims it would be him

I just got BoatUS coverage (Geico in NJ) for $19,000 agreed value on a 1972 Seafari with 115HP motor for $345.00 annually.

Charter lakes or Gallager insurance.. think I was 18k agreed with 300 x 300 x 1 mil cleanup... $350 on a 75 20 ma
