Default Yamaha 300 4 stroke question

When the engine is running at normal operating temp should water be coming out the back at what looks to be an exhaust like a two stoke? Or just the tell tale and the prop exhaust?
My friend has a 300 and nothing come out that black exhaust but air.

Thanks Old'scool. Well after helping another friend with his 200 yami 4 stroke, water doesn't come out of that exhaust. Thanks
