Default Starboard glue

Capt. Chuck's suggestion on using PVC board for the anchor locker door got me to thinking, which hurts a bit. Has anyone used this Chem Set 6105 stuff on Starboard? I'm wanna try it just for grins, however at $30 I thought someone else may have experience before this cheap bastard spends the money!
