Found another highly customized Seacraft this one in HI. Dudes out there love the twins. I think it helps push them up 20'+ swell. First time I've seen bracket flush with the hull. What is the advantage?

That bracket is equivalent to an extension of the hull.

It provides a longer running surface and extra displacement for those engines.
