T-top plate coming up from floor.
on my 2005 23' , noticing screws backing out. not going anywhere as it is also tied to console, but certainly needs to be fixed. all screws stripped, not grabbing. shoot some epoxy in the holes and retap/redrill?

It depends on why they stripped out. Is your deck rotten? I’d check that first

My dad deals with this all the time as he build/modifies tee-tops for a living currently. I know that if you can go to a larger dia screw and retap the plates to fit you may be best. That is if the holes in the feet will countersink that large. THe epoxy deal may work as I see it used on construction sites for thread repair. Third option is using an anchor bolt that has a collapsible head that you can pass threw the stripped hole that opens up behind the plate or under the deck. They may be hard to find in stainless steel tho. One other last resort prior to new plates are using heli coils. Drill the striped holes to the next size up and install stainless steel heli coil threads back to the correct size. They may not stay in there well and want to come out unless thread locker is used. Which I would use thread locker on them anyhow as it is very common for them to strip out and pull from plates that are thin bed into the deck. If you beat the boat offshore they will pull loose if the plate is thin.

You can try garelick stainless toggle bolts. You will need a small void under the deck. I had great results reattaching a ladder to a transom. Solid and easy to use. The pull tight like zip ties.

i ended up removing screws, shot epoxy in there . lots. gobs. wiped everything flush. let cure a full week. retapped and reset screws with 5200. done, solid. if it comes up again, floor probably coming up with it! i looked at those toggle bolts but unfortunately, they didn't make a size small enough that the swivel backing plate would fit. thanks for help guys-
