Then I got a big wrecking bar and sharpened it and beat it down from the top prying layer by layer off. ( you should be able to split the inside sheet of 3/4 off whole). At the end I actually got in between the first layer of glass and the wood and split that layer off nicely. A little grinding and it looked great.

That didn't take long - old transom out/new transom in - bunks in - tank on way in -

You can do that with a seasonal job. If it wasn't for the cold weather i would sleep in it.
