i don't know if it is a coincidence but cape cod marine http://www.capecodmarineinc.com/
make a stretched version of the 23 and specialise as inboard versions and are a copy of the seacraft from what i have learned - is it one of those? Rgds |

The Cape Cod Marine was defintely copied from a 23 seacraft. I know the builder and my brother has one. These are one of the best Center consoles out there, the guys on the cape routinely run 60 miles offshore to Tuna fish in them, which is what they were originally built for.
The Silver Hawk is another knock off as well as one made here somewhere called an Ocean Pro, I looked at an Ocean Pro for cheap money but the quality just wasn't there. The CCM's have come along way since first introduced and with the inboard diesel they make one hell of a boat. |

There is no doubt in my mind that is a seacraft. the cape cod marine does not have a wide coming board across the transom.

Carbon copy of mine except for the bow rail and the console. Mine is a larger version . I didnt want to comment because of the apparent reprodution quality on the knockoff.heck if Im not fairly certain of what i dont know to be fact i would just assume not comment. I had actually written up a responce but then decided not to send it because of doubts I had. They did a nice job reproducing the other boats and figured that there are still a couple of inboard fans around??? Craig

I actually saw this boat this summer, as it drove by me while I was working on my boat in Woods Hole. As soon as I saw it I ran to try and catch the person in hopes of talking to him, but alas I was too slow.
It is definately an inboard seacraft (it has the hull vents/curved transom/ integral bow rail) and I know where it is kept. I had planned on doing a recon mission on it this summer however, I just couldn't get a chance to do it. |
