Default What's this worth?

http://adcache.boattraderonline.com/6/4/0/37531640.htm

Posted this on a thread before but want some feedback on what you Florida guys think its value is, in your market. $5700 with that engine strikes me as a bit rich, but not insanely so.

Here's some additional info:

All original, except for repairs
-Never kept in the water. Always trailered.
-Transom and stringers are solid (heh...)
-Merc 150 is an '81 (!) but "supernaturally reliable" (double heh...)
-Trailer was just refurbed (new bearings, tires). No fenders because it never goes more than a mile to the water.
-Owner has the teak doors, grabrails, and few others parts, which were removed.

Thanks for your help.

Looks pretty clean - get a close look and haggle. It looks like it's 4k-4200 (after they dropped price)all day long from the pics - certainly by NE money...

Hunh, they must have lowered it. Cool beans. The hypnosis I tried out when I spoke to the owner must be working...

Had someone look at it. As they put it, the boat is in very, very poor condition:

-transom almost completely delaminated and rotted out
-deck delaminating and soft in several places
-foam is waterlogged
-badly rewired by an amateur at some point
-fuel hoses deteriorating

In general, the boat is "a wreck". Oh well.
