Default 20' CC for $350.00

I just missed a ragged out 20', probably late 70's and the guy sold it for $350.00. When I say ragged out, I mean it sat under sappy trees for 3 years, has no motor, 1/2 of the rubrail missing. It did have a pretty solid interior, not alot of screw holes, transom "looked" ok and nothing but an origonal console and interior. Now, I may have a chance to buy a simular 20' CC for $500.00 in slightly better condition. The good part is, I can store it at the current yard for free for a long time, is it worth $500.00?
