Hey Endeavor - congrads! My only son is two (and has been sick for a week now )... Gets to be a lot of fun!

I will be looking for a 23 but right now I may need to rebuild up the necessary and see a little more stability at the job...

So tell me about this "place" or e-mail me if you'd like, hehehehe

John get used to it. When my oldest started preschool last year the whole family spent more time sick then well. Not too bad this year, I guess they get it out of there systems.

Endeavor, keep you eyes pealed for a '23 sceptre.

Finster- I think if I found a 23 sceptre I would rip the top off and build a console. anyone done that before on this sight?

Endeavour,
I don't think anyone on this site has converted a Sceptre to a CC, but like John R says, you would have a Savage. The Savage was a Sceptre that lost its full windshield and had a center console added. I would think if you bought an older Sceptre (Tsunami), that conversion wouldn't be too difficult since the Tsunamis didn't have storage boxes beneath the helm and passenger seats. On my '82 the storage boxes are molded into the liner, so you'd have to do quite a bit of glass work to get rid of them in order to fit a console in.
