Default 1979 Seacraft

How can you tell that the boat is a Potter or a CSY during 1979?

It's a potter if it's a 79. CSY started a year later.

After Potter left in May 1980, CSY took the tooling and the mold for the 23 footer only in Tampa. The other models were still being built by SeaCraft Industries Inc. in Miami

based on speaking with some very knowledgeable people, your 1986 is NOT a CSY boat, as they only built them for one year. Fear not though, the fish can't tell the difference
