singleengine outbard bracket for 20' CC
I'm looking to put a outboard braket on my 20 CC. Asking what is the best one? What width should it be? Does it effect performance?

Re: singleengine outbard bracket for 20' CC
If you need to look at a SC20 with a bracket you can come on down to take a look at mine in Miami. It's a 73' with a 200hp Merc on a b-bracket. Boat runs sweet. Trim tabs are a must. She does sit a little low in the transom so I just put the batteries under the consel. when she is running the transom does pick up and she surfs and slices the waves better than a boat without a bracket. no doubt....

John,
I believe my bracket is a stainless marine. It's aluminum and has buoyancy. The potter bracket is sweet. I wonder what the price comparsion between those two are. I will try to post a picture. "Tight Lines" |
