The final paint work and engine mounting was done in 95-96 when the merc 150 was installed. The boat could be brought down to Florida in Dec if is avisable. give me some feedback on price and etc. Terry

How does the boat handle, does the bow stay down riding into a stiff wind, how about a falling sea. I notice that the hull design is different than the potter hulls. Thanks

This boat has been run almost entirely in freshwater,St. Croix river,Lake Michigan. In my opinion, the boat is incredible for its size. When I moved the weight back, the speed jumped way up,although at high trim it begins to chine walk.I run into double wakes from big traffic on the St. Croix and it just runs through them.If things get really big, I eventially have to slow down.I ran the boat for a few trips from estero in 03 and the gulf is for sure different than our rivers. We had it out about 25 miles and in the ocean too fast means big air.

Terry-

Great looking boat. I love those Moesley hulls, and I know I'll end up with one someday.......

Tough time of year to sell a boat. I know, I've got a Maritime Skiff 18' for sale.....And, I imagine most of the regulars here are involved in their own projects, or maybe looking for a "blank canvas" (like me).

Hi rockdoc,

Yes, it is fall up here, but it's still warm down in the southland. I have had some interest finally, but fortunately i'm not in a great rush. The boat is safely tucked away it my storage barn. The water on the St. Croix is so high now the entire river is no wake! I'd have to go to nearby lake to demo it.I had a comment about the hull being different than a potter! Didn't potter just keep making the same hull? To me the front view is classic seacraft.

No, it's different. The rise up the center line on the bow of the 20 is much steeper. If you'll notice, the Mosely is more rounded.

It's starting to get cold here, lets go to $10,000 or call me with an offer. I still have time to demo this boat.
