Default Any forum members in Mobil, AL?

I'm considering the purchase of a late model Yamaha that is for sale in Mobil and would appreciate input about the seller from CSC members that live in that area.

Thanks for all of the replys and offers to help. I was interested in opinions on a local boat/engine dealer that had an ad on the internet. I got my questions answered and I am doing business with them right now.

Still "doing business" with the dealer in Mobile (Grady Marine)and I have a couple of questions for anyone that lives in that area (their address is 3025 Government Boulevard).

Don't want to blow the deal, but did that location get flooded out during any of the recent (say from spring of '02)weather events that have hit that part of our country, and do marina's in that area typically store crated motors in roofed, but open sided storage shelters?

I'm asking because they sent me some photo's of the engine I've interested in and the cardboard box looks very weathered and torn, and some pic's of what's inside show rust on the crate's structural frame members.
