3 sided enclosure with wings for 20

Hello I am about to settle on I kn ow not a classoc 2002 20 master angler with the coffin. The boat has a T Top but no enclosure. As I live in NC and use the boat to go back and forth to my store everyday all year, I need a 3 sided enclosure with wings. Any recomendations on fabricators familar with the standard T Top for that boat
