Default Happy 4th of July

We finally got our biodiesel plant producing the first 150 gallons yesterday - so today is also my personal energy independence day! Diesel Yanmar Seacraft, Jetta TDI and Dodge Cummins. Amazing - no smoke, no carbon... very pleased with performance on Jetta, the only one I've refueled yet. runs super smooth with no apparent loss in performance
Have a safe weekend...

Sharp rig! Its just the wrong make . I've got an 06 Chevy and from what I've heard it's not gonna like bio-diesel in stock form. Something about injectors providing to much fuel. Know anything about that?

That's what I call a truck!! I have an '07 5.9 CTD auto 2wd crew cab, white/grey, no mods (yet) except spray in liner, about 15k miles. It's one of the last 5.9's. It doesn't hardly know the 23' SC is being pulled.

The 5.9 is a great diesel. Several of my buds are running bio in their 2003/5.9, 2007/6.1 (rare Cummins) and 2008/6.7
with no issues yet...

Will be back in Morehead City next week on vacation, would like to check out your boats. I have spent many days fishing on the Big Rock and out of MC, Hatteras and Oregon Inlet in my youth. Hope to spend a couple of days at Cape Lookout with my children.
